At Builders Merchant, we are committed to providing high-quality supplies for your construction and renovation projects. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Materials

  Ensure all items are in their original condition and securely packaged; for heavy building materials, please ensure they are properly palletized if applicable.

• 3.
  Ship or Schedule Collection

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it at a designated carrier location, or contact our team to schedule a freight pickup for oversized goods.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned supplies, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
